"Who said life was fair? That was my daughter’s least favorite “Momism”. Well, life isn't fair. I never expected to become the primary care-giver for both of my parents and both my in-laws through lengthy, terminal illnesses. While I never considered caring for them a burden, it did take its toll in many ways. After they passed, my home became home to a lot of their belongings. I became, at best, disorganized. I couldn't leave go of anything. And while I desperately wanted order in my life and my home, I was overwhelmed and didn’t know where to begin. A friend suggested a life coach. Kelly was terrific… she helped me work through things and I learned to let go. She helped me develop a plan (that I now use in everyday life) which made everything seem less overwhelming.
